In my defense, these are both Wooble's errors; that is, Wooble's SLR (which I used to patch) had both of these problems. But then again, maybe I should have just done it manually; using patch didn't end up saving much time. Anyway, in light of these errors, I will manually review each recently adopted proposal again to make sure its effects were noted correctly.
