I believe I have 5 ranches and 4 WRVs. BobTHJ, can you confirm? I think (but then my usual mathematical facility always seems to fall short for some reason wrt this sort of resource management puzzle) that being just 1 WRV short (and not overstocked on mills) is no big deal, as you can quickly replace the lost ranch via subsidy.
