You probably have to unambiguously describe to whom you shall assign. CONTRADICTION/PHILOSOPHICAL ALERT: is it even possible to unambiguously describe a random action in advance? (aside: yes, I realize that specifying the method or "I intend to randomly assign" *might* reasonably satisfy a judge).
