Mostly we communicate in the text of proposals, and occasionally in
comments on them. I can certainly imagine that a proposal of the form
"Nothing except speech acts may be posted to Public Forums, and players
may not discuss the game except in Public Forums" would not denomicise
Agora, although it would make it very different.
