I was thinking along the same lines, and would have already issued a
ruling of FALSE had the initiator not specifically requested the
judge's reasoning to include a look at lots of different issues.  Of
course, I'm under no obligation to honor that request, but I'd rather
put off judging until I have the time to consider all of the issues
rather than invite an appeal.
