The judge having made an error does not mean there is no controversy.
(2077: the judge made an error in eir judgement as well as failing to
address my arguments, I believe.) I do agree that OVERRULE and AFFIRM
should only be appropriate when there is no controversy, like when the
judge addresses all arguments made and the appellants offer no
arguments to the contrary.
