The "zombies are not players" CFJ (which would have invalidated votes
going years back) was one of those CFJs which had reasonable-to-strong 
arguments on both sides, and had vocal proponents on both sides, massive 
fix proto-proposals made when it was first judged TRUE, with feelings
running high rather like in comex's current R101 amendment attempt, with 
the addition that the original CFJ outcome would require massive gamestate 
recalculation including uncertainty on whether proposals could be passed
(again).  Since it was eventually reversed to FALSE, maybe the right 
phrase is "destructed in a furious flurry of the discussion forum".
