I recently back-populated CFJ 1234 into the database; the judge delivered judgement, but was recused and replaced by Eris for the purpose of responding to a motion (request for the judge to perform some action). The data entry tools (to the extent that I understand how to use them) aren't equipped to deal with this. A general fix is a low priority, as motions were (1) repealed long ago and (2) usually handled by the original judge.
