Rule 2203:

      * Hanging.  Hanging players are unqualified to be assigned as
        judge of any inquiry case.

      * Hugging.  Hugging players are unqualified to be assigned as
        judge of any criminal case, and poorly qualified to be
        assigned as judge of any equity case.
