The second "as soon as possible" seems redundant, but I like this. At the moment, as soon as there's a second consenting nominee (whether there's a first consenting nominee to go with the second is apparently a matter of interpreration) the IADoP incurs an obligation to hold an election, which e can do without waiting to see if there are more nominees. Requiring a complete nomination period seems a lot more fair. --Wooble
