brevity, or lack thereof ;)
Definition:
The "distribution" is the set of all proposals which are
distributed at the same time as the next proposal to be
distributed.
Definition:
A voter's "final vote" on a proposal is the most common option
selected among eir valid votes on the decision to adopt that
proposal. If there is no single common option, then eir final
vote is PRESENT.
Definition:
Voting "with the masses" on a proposal whose outcome is ADOPTED
is to have a final vote FOR it.
Voting "with the masses" on a proposal whose outcome is REJECTED
is to have a final vote AGAINST it.
Notwithstanding the previous, having a final vote of PRESENT on
a proposal whose voting index is exactly one is voting "with the
masses" on that proposal.
Spot:
Upon the end of the voting period of the proposals in the
distribution, vote "with the masses" on at least 50% of those
proposals.
