I know I'm late with these CFJs, hopefully this draft won't get too
many points too wrong.
CFJ 1862 ruled that Human Point Two lost the Patent Title of Minister
Without Portfolio when HP2 ceased to be a person. I don't see any
relevant changes in the game state (namely, HP2 did not reregister
and no changes were made to the MWoP title) between the calling of
CFJ 1862 and the calling of 1873. Therefore, citing the previous
precedent, I draft rule FALSE on CFJ 1873.
In 1874 and 1875, as of the latest Herald's Report Goddess Eris had
held MWoP the longest of all registered MWoP Bearers, making her the
Speaker. I am not aware of any prerogatives having been eliminated,
so Eris still bears the title and holds the position of Speaker. I
therefore draft rule FALSE on CFJs 1874 and 1875.
