I thought that when you first proposed this we agreed that the "if the defendant violated ..." part was inappropriate. All the other not-GUILTY verdicts are written inclusively. (Oh, except EXCUSED which got rewritten badly.) To be consistent, the new clause should be something like * UNAWARE, appropriate if the defendant reasonably believed that the alleged act would not violate the specified rule -zefram
