This really have said "to Levi", but I'm not interested in generating
more cases at this time.
I transfer one Orange Mark to Levi.
I was wondering how much you wanted to test it ;).
If you had transferred a red mark (for example) I would have been
tempted to appeal this ruling on the grounds that red marks are easier
to obtain than green marks, so the ruling should have specified a color.
An appeal after you made the transfer would have made things interesting.
I also note that the judgement comes into effect as a binding agreement,
but, by Rule 101, it can't be forced upon someone, so what if Murphy
refused to become a party to the judgement agreement? Is that possible?
