I am highly tempted to rule IRRELEVANT on this CFJ. The game relevance of pachyderms and locations thereof is, as I understand it, limited to one second-class player's governing documents, which was not entered into evidence.

But as I go through the rules, I see that the old rule that a CFJ is judged based on the evidence submitted has been thrown out in the various reforms. Accordingly, I probably should rule TRUE on this.
