There are three things wrong with this. Firstly, since you're the defendant, you don't need any support for an appeal. Secondly, subject to court decisions, there is no sentence there to appeal, because those "prescribed words" weren't words. Thirdly, and most importantly, your arguments don't actually attack sentencing, they're about the verdict. UNAWARE, if it is adopted, will be a verdict, not a sentence, and in its absence your argument supports a verdict of EXCUSED. You should appeal the verdict (which has definitely been given). You don't need any support to do so. -zefram
