You're presupposing that "nkep..." actually has a meaning, although you
don't know what that meaning is.  That might be an appropriate analysis
for a sentence in a foreign language, if the rules made such sentences
valid regardless of understandability.  As it is, "nkep..." does not
discernably have any meaning, so you don't need to worry about the range
of potential meanings.
