The judicial system is often slow enough as it is.  While Zefram's
consideration is appreciated, e shouldn't need to introduce additional
delays in order to cope with such a pointless and irritating
restriction.

The point has been raised that the restriction should make players
think before sitting up, but frankly, we need more judges, not fewer.
I'm about ready to lie down myself just because I'm getting more cases
than I have time to judge.
