Ah, the Mousetrap loophole. I wrote the new judicial rules with the intent that such an entity could not be created. What actually happens to a CFJ of a subclass that is no longer defined by the rules is an open question, and I think your hypothetical non-subclass CFJ would be ab initio in the same situation. -zefram
