Well, I would assume, after the contest was declared a Shenanigan, they would
remove themselves from that contest, so would no longer be contestmaster of a
constest declared a Shenanigan.

With fixes proposed elsewhere, a quick win should no longer be possible, so if a
contest is no good, then there will be time to declare it a Shenanigan before
anyone gets a win out of it.
