I submit the following proposal: make Peekee a player AI=1 Upon the adoption of this proposal, the following actions occur in order: 1. Rule 869 is amended to remove the sentence "E CANNOT register within thirty days after doing so." 2. The person who deregistered in the message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with Message-ID <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> becomes a player. 3. Rule 869 is amended by reverting the change made in 1.
