root will receive 40 shares when the results of Agora Proposal
5042 are published.
Per the VPIA's recommendation of June 14, non-shareholders can
create or destroy shares by announcement. Per the judgement of
Agora's CFJ 1689 on June 28, shares can only be created or
destroyed as permitted by the charter. Issue #12 destroyed any
such shares that might have been created, and made transfers to
non-shareholders contingent on agreeing with the charter, but
failed to do the same for shares received due to increasing
Primo's VLOP.
