I disagree (I expect CFJ 1684 to wind up being reversed), but in any case this unambiguously stops the R2034 clock. If CFJ 1684 winds up being upheld, then that also cancels all VLOP increases due to partnerships spending VCs, as well as the VLOP decrease due to Human Point Two's win.
