There is, yes. The CotC needs to assign a Board of Appeals to it. And
to CFJ 1651, while I'm thinking of it.
Also, OscarMeyr needs to re-judge CFJ 1621.
Not until I reassign it to him, I think. But I am waiting for all
three actions until the CotC database is in a good mood again. :)
