And here's another conflict of interest. At least with CFJ 1647 I was the only standing judge left (though there's no requirement to assign judges in increasing order of CFJ number, and in this case the order should arguably have been twiddled). I'd offer to do the pseudo-judge swap with root and this CFJ, except I have a conflict of interest on this one as well (I was directly involved in the series of purported transfers that led to this CFJ).
