Crud, I just noticed a bug in my own proposal along the same lines: I have "the ballot allotment time of a proposal" where it should properly read "the ballot allotment time of a decision to adopt a proposal". So P5047 probably doesn't fix the bug either. Fortunately, it doesn't break anything that wasn't already broken, so I'll wait to see whether it's adopted before I propose a new fix. -root
