As far as I know, Primo Corporation isn't a member of B Nomic - yet.
More importantly, B Nomic's rules require players to be able to pass a
turing test, and have a working e-mail address - does Primo Corporation
pass these requirements?
Primo Corp has its own mailing list, which probably meets the
requirements of a working e-mail address. For the Turing test, it
could just authorize the CEO to act on its behalf for the purpose of
the test or something.
There's also an interpretation of that rule that I propounded but
didn't put to the test a few weeks ago: the rule only requires that an
external force be *able* to pass a Turing test, not that it
consistently pass one. There's always a change of passing a Turing
test by dumb luck.
