That's a more interesting question. I believe the answer is still no. Agora has never accepted the processes of any foreign legal system as part of Agoran law. A contract under a foreign contract law would not be recognised as binding in Agoran law. It could not be enforced in the Agoran court system. Any legal person constructed by a foreign contract would therefore not be recognised as a person in Agoran law. -zefram
