I think there's a case for my posting of the agreement to constitute the announcement of registration. It did make the intent (of Nemo) to register clear. It's not a terribly good case, though. Then there's the issue of whether an agreement can exist with no parties, and whether an agreement that devolves obligations onto no one at all is a person. I think it would be absurd to allow it, in fact, which was rather the point. -zefram
