Not to do with your proposal, but I suddenly wondered if the above clause prevents us from ever deleting a right (or amending it to be "lesser") once its defined? Of course, it might be self-protective, and we can't amend the above clause to allow us to amend them? Also, how about the following right as a really good protection, and then it can replace R1698: Parties to an agreement have the right to make changes to the agreement with the unanimous consent of all parties. The agreement may regulate methods for determining consent, provided the regulations do not make determining consent impossible within a reasonable time period. Overall, this is v. good. -Goethe
