Beware the databases!  They are not designed to hold the paradox
and thus miss out on things.  The Stare Decisis is, well,

This recusal is in fact in question, and in fact questioning
it is the subject of CFJ 1594.  If you reject Goethe's
judgement, then this line didn't occur, which means you
should accept Goethe's judgement, which means this line
did occur... etc.  Or do I have that wrong?  I've kind of
lost track.
