That's essentially the rulekeepor job. The subtlety is that it has to be done with the utmost precision. I envision a system where the ultimate repository of rule data is a plain text file (which I would maintain under CVS), and all other formats (such as the logical rulesets, and web-based browsing) are automatically derived from that. -zefram
