"I say I do" is not a prohibition by Agoran custom, as much as Kelly
might like it to be. As long as the "say" would be reasonbly possible
to "do" (no infinite votes, no voting on ill-specified sets), custom
has allowed it out of practicality. Cecilius's point that this
set was reasonably specified (no true controversy at the members of the
set) seems sufficient.
