First, this is a test case and there's many ways my
arguments are probably wrong.

Counterargument:  entering something of your own will is what
an agreement is: e.g. "I agree to be legally deemed a kumquat"
is legally equivalent to "I deem myself a kumquat."  Such
language has been accepted in the past as a binding agreement
but never tested in court.  It could be wrong.

I never said anything at all about personhood.

The person != human is also an open question, debated but never
resolved.

Another argument in your favor is that allowing you to sign
away your rights to personhood severely abridges your rights
as a person... or does it?
