The CotC's posting of the Writ deregisters the Player, and the "instructing the Registrar" bit is null. Thus Goethe is not a Player.
If the Rules were written in an Eka-Platonist style there'd be none of this argument, Goethe would just be deregistered and that would be that. It's this Pragmatic court system you've acquired that's causing all the fuss. You're running into Platonist situations anyway, but the Pragmatic legislation can't handle it.
