Some of these are dead, aren't they? (I would MTFO for Garden Nomic III.) I suppose that last one would be sufficiently identified by its list of players.
A proposal submitted by a member of a friendly nomic is Ecumenical. For the Agoran decision of whether to adopt an Ecumenical proposal, the eligible voters are all legislators, the quorum is what it would be if only players of Agora were eligible voters, the adoption index is the minimum of two and the adoption index of the proposal, and the vote collector is the Envoy.
"the quorum" -> "quorum" This seems fine to me. Even if a large conspiracy of "friends" tried to force something distasteful upon us, we could delay the announcement of results long enough to propose and adopt some sort of block. Or we could remove the proposer's nomic from the Buddy List, which would arguably make the proposal non-Ecumenical, thus causing all attempted votes from no-longer-eligible voters to be ignored.
