I added an entry for each current rule. Because the rules consider the
decision whether to use "(ii)", "b)", or "2." to be highly significant, I
preserved the monospaced nature of the rule text. However, this is
only truly relevant for rules 1922, 2029, and 2105, as far I can tell.

Would there be support in changing the rules so that using the wiki
markup of lists doesn't invalidate the wiki as a source from which we
may freely quote rules?
