This is a nice and clever judgement, GreyKnight, someone who
hasn't posted in a while since they made themselves inactive
certainly fits a common English definition of inactive with
respect to this game.

I'm not sure what you mean by inverse... as GreyKnight pointed
out, the first sentence making active players eligible hasn't
changed, just the later sentence making inactive players
ineligible was deleted. That first sentence seems strong enough
to me to go along with this!
