Could you write out the numbers instead?
ok.
Why not let the Rulekeepor decide?
The wholesale rearrangement of the logical structure made a clearer
ruleset to me, if I'm doing so much redesign I'd like that to be
part of the design. Compromise: I'll make it requested rather than
required.
This should not mention the Speaker. A good Speaker system would
permit Agora to function with temporary lack of a Speaker.
I disagree. I always say the "speaker may not deregister" as
guaranteeing that there was always one player, that Agora could
never empty out.
[a few typos]
ok.
I suggest changing this to "rational number". Why do we need real
numbers?
In case we ever need a normal distribution or the area of a circle
or to calculate euclidean distance on a map? Or make an
architectually balanced window?
Change this to "higher" for More Fun.
I'd vote for it.

Eeep!
This was the single hardest cut for me to make, 'cause I like this
rule. General opinions?
Speaking of Austria, I think Oscar's Mire needs some crocodiles:

| \_
| .___o ) |
| ~~vv ===~~~ <-OSCAR'S MIRE
| |/\

| EMERALD -> \

You can't sneak this in.
And I would have gotten away with it, if it hadn't been for you
kids!
