With support from Janet, I cause the rule that ends with a sentence
starting "ais523 and Janet CAN each by announcement cause this rule to
repeal a rule" to amend itself as specified in my above-quoted intent.
(The Speaker objection to the intent in question is no longer relevant
because it was more than 48 hours ago.) I believe that the rule in
question is rule 2720, "The Grand Duumvirate".
That rule now reads:
