If this succeeds, it leaves qenya as the Arbitor, which may have been a mistake. (qenya was the Arbitor recently, and I can't remember whether or not it was recently enough to make this fail.) Noting it for qenya so that e can resign the office if e wishes, and for the ADoP in case it affects the historical record. -- ais523
