I support, though I note there isn't time for this to actually work - Janet can resolve the referendum any time e likes, while vacating PM and implementing an emergency regulation will take at least 8 days, as far as I can tell (4 for this tabled action to resolve, then another 4 days to run out the "no public messages from the Prime Minister" timer so that you can make an Emergency Regulation as Speaker). ~qenya
