I judge CFJ 4135 FALSE, and judge CFJ 4136 FALSE.

Rule 2579 specifically states that you cannot perform a fee-based
action while stating an incorrect fee: it requires the fee to either be
stated correctly, or omitted and "reasonably clear and unambiguous",
but specifically clarifies that an incorrect fee must not be stated.

juan's message clearly states an incorrect fee ("10 times, I spend 2
spendies to buy 100 pyrite" can only be parsed as the cost of Pyrite
being either 2 Spendies = 100 Pyrite or (if you bracket it differently)
2 Spendies = 10 Pyrite, neither of which has the correct ratio of 1
Spendie to 100 Pyrite). As such, rule 2579 prevents this action being
performed by a fee-based method, and there aren't (as far as I'm aware)
any other mechanisms by which it could have been performed.
