Also, you have an untracked switch (contribution) that players can
change at any time, and in order for someone to successfully act under
the contract e must list *everyone's* contribution switch (presumably
correctly). That seems failure prone. A quick fix would be to make
contribution flippable by announcement so there's at least a public
record of any changes.
I forgot my Agora terminology. Clearly I meant by announcement. I will
say I specifically put mitigating factors like requesting a specific tag
in the subject line. The list of switches is analogous to a monthly
report, just without one specific player.
