Seeing as two reviewers have suggested a doctorate level degree, I intend,
with 2 Agoran Consent, to award qenya a Doctorate of Nomic Art for eir
thesis : "Erosion in Geological Rhyme".

(If it doesn't go through, I will intend the next lower level of degree.)
