Without objection, I do so.

I note that the ratified document may contain false information for
reasons similar to the following:

> The above-quoted document may contain false information (in that it
> states that Collar's Administrative Regulations exist while none do).
> The veracity of these statements is the subject of the CFJ I've recently
> initiated on the statement that "There exists a Collar's Administrative
> Regulation." The reason for ratifying this document would be to rectify
> the state of the bingo subgame without invalidating any actions in it

However, CFJ 4122 has since been judged TRUE (i.e. that the regulations
do exist). So, the document may contain false information if that CFJ is
later found to be incorrect. The reason for ratifying the document is
the same as it was when the intent is given (to ensure that the bingo
subgame is functional).
