I object to each of the above intents.
I think there's too much of chance that someone has been missed here,
and there's been very little time for anybody else to review this.
I also think that there's not all that much benefit to ratifying these
lists; the ribbon switches themselves will self-ratify, and that will be
sufficient (except for the rare case where a player gets a white ribbon
in the month before raising a banner and there's no report).
