CoE: I'm not the Collector. As Janet pointed out on Discord, the
sortition changes didn't update the language at the end of rule 2160, so
deputies currently don't fill vacant sortitioned offices. (I plan to
keep deputising until the sortition.)
Admitted, Collector has still been vacant since 2024-04-14.
