I change my vote on 8947 to {AGAINST, but FOR instead if its author pledges
not to collect the Radiance they'd be eligible to claim from this Proposal
passing}I believe these conditionals should do better than just a flat AGAINST. I like this one the most among the options that deal with the same issue. I'm not feeling too warm about the others and will keep a cautious AGAINST. Still open to changing it too, but we'll see.
