I vote AGAINST this and I urge others to think carefully here. I'm not at all clear we've collectively done the homework of proofing the particular indicated copy of the ruleset, and we did in fact make an error last time with significantly more lead time to review (last time, we ratified a report that was a few months old and there was *still* an error). -G.
